A practice mute is the least glamorous object a horn player owns — a metal cone wedged into the one part of the instrument everybody is already looking at.
BellGlow wraps it in hand-cut perforated leather and sends the light straight back out. The LEDs are sound-activated: they read what you are playing and pulse with it. The room can't hear you. The room can still see you.

Made to your mute. Mutes aren't standard — a Yamaha doesn't measure like a Best Brass, and a straight mute doesn't measure like either. Tell us what you play and we build the sleeve to fit it. Add your mute's brand and model with your order.
Each one is cut, fitted and stitched by hand in Michigan, in small batches. That is the honest reason they aren't cheap.
